  • 1992-1996: Assistant Pastor, Living Church, Islamabad.

Responsible for leading teens and young adults in Bible study, outreach and fellowship. Assisted the senior pastor in the daily ministry of the church.

  •  1996-1997: Youth Coordinator, International Baptist Church, Hong Kong.

My responsibilities included teaching youth about the Bible and the Christian faith, personal evangelism and discipleship of area students, introducing them to Christ and then encouraging them in their spiritual formation through fellowship activities, camps, mission trips, service and evangelism opportunities, etc.

  • 1997-1998: Assistant Pastor, Living Church, Islamabad.

  • 2002-2004: Pakistan Bible Society representative, Faisalabad.

Involved in distribution of Christian books and other printing material. Raised funds from churches and individuals for Pakistan Bible Society.

  • 2002-2006: Sunday School Trainer, NCCP (National Church Council of Pakistan), Faisalabad.

Helped Sunday School Teachers to understand their task, their purpose, and their vision. Provided resources and training to allow all teachers and leaders to be adequately prepared for their tasks. Offered insights into proper enlistment of leaders and that the goals for Sunday School must be based on the five functions of the church: Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Ministry, Fellowship and Prayer.

  • 2002-2004: PFES (Pakistan Fellowship of Evangelical Students), Faisalabad, Pakistan.

My responsibilities were to disciple teenagers in their relationship with God and to enlist and train youth to serve as class leaders. To teach youth the Bible using a variety of teaching-learning approaches and prayerfully guiding youth toward spiritual transformation.

My responsibilities were to evangelize youth through participation in personal visitation and group outreach events and equipping all other Youth Sunday School members and leaders in developing their evangelism skills.

  • 2006-2008: Deacon, PCF (Pakistan Christian Fellowship), Rahim Yar Khan.

Responsibilities included the discipleship and teaching ministry of the youth of PCF Church, Rahim Yar Khan. Planned summer camps and youth trips and Mission trips. Coordinated evangelism events for the youth and the church. Responsibilities include weekly preparation and teaching of the Bible, creating evangelism strategies and opportunities for the entire congregation, filling the pulpit when the senior pastor is away, giving spiritual council and guidance to church members, etc.

  • 2006-2008: Organizer Loc Dhanak Street Theatre, Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.

Organized Street Theatres on Child Abuse, Drugs, Adultery, Family Values, etc.

Work Experiences
2nd Sep. 2002-10th Aug. 2011: Worked as a Sports Teacher in various branches of Beacon House School system in cities of Faisalabad, Rahim Yar Khan and Lahore.
My responsibilities were to train, organize and developing students’ skills from grade 6 to A-Level in different games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Volley ball, Football, Cricket, Athletics etc. Students were participating inter schools, inter cities, and inter regional sports tournaments.
11th Aug. 2011-20th Oct. 2012: Worked as Regional Sports Coordinator in the head office of Beacon House School System, Lahore, Pakistan.
I had to arrange and coordinate sports activities in more than 100 schools from seven different cities. During the year visited all these branches to take care of sports activities and Sports equipment. Arranged Workshops and camps for different Sports activities. Also kept all Data keeping for these activities.
Nov 2012 to Now: General Admin Coordinator in Chiang Mai Christian Fellowship Thailand.
I had to arrange different social, cultural, education and religious programs for Thai community as volunteer and maintain record keeping, book keeping for CCF.
June 2017 to Now: Associate Pastor at Chiang Mai Christian Fellowship - Thailand

  • Attended Technical course for coaches arranged by International Olympic Committee in December 2002.
  • Attended National Handball Refresher Referees course, arranged by Handball Referees Association of Pakistan in Feb. 2004.
  • Attended Workshop on School Health, arranged by Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad, Pakistan in Feb. 2005.
  • Facilitate Boy Scout Summer Training in Ghora Gali, Murree, Pakistan in June 2006.


Current Ministry Projects – Thailand
Despite being in a very challenging situation the Pasha family continues to minister where they are planted. Below are some of the areas where they serve God and the community.
ENGLISH CLASSES: Imran teaches English to those needing help in the civil court system, the immigration office, and in the Thai community where he lives.  This is a valuable asset to many people and a blessing to those that very limited resources.
CHIANG MAI CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP: This is the main church where the Pasha family serves.  Imran is the assistant to the Administration Pastor and handles all the purchasing for their ministry.  He is the Logistics and Event Coordinator, operates the church sound system, and preaches and teaches when called upon. 
INDO-PAK CHURCH: Imran & Nina launched an outreach ministry to local families that are Indian and Pakistani.  For many months they held gatherings in their home but recently moved to a larger community center that would accommodate the larger group.  Imran & Nina share their love of Christ with these people and lead them in worship and Bible teaching.
SPORTS OUTREACH: Since Imran has experience and credentials in sports programs he takes every opportunity to use his gifts in the surrounding community.  He helps organize and administer Patanque and soccer events and goes into local schools to assist in their physical education programs.
